When I started working in the Corporate World at the age of 21, I was told I was shy, quiet and nice. As the years went by and I got very familiar with my industry I was told I had a very strong personality and I spoke my mind. That's the politically correct way to say it BUT in reality I can be a BITCH! I don't think that there's anything wrong with it...do you?
Ten years after I joined the workforce, I would still say I'm very nice. However, my employees will see my attitude when they need to! haha
