A lot of kids, young & old, must have a few pictures with Santa over the years. Growing up I never had a picture taken with Santa. I remember passing the line-ups and always wanted one but it never happened. I remember all the kids dressed in their holiday best (the girls mostly) ready to tell Santa want they want for Christmas. One of the shopping malls by old neighbourhood even had reindeers you can pet. I didn't realize that they were that huge ( I prefer the Rudolph version).
This is a photo of my husband (he is about 2 years old) with his sister and Santa.
So this year, in my holiday best or as close as I can get to, I will try to have my picture with the Jolly one!!!
All my pics of me on Santa's lap had me screaming, I was scard of him.
ReplyDeleteWe used to visit Santa and tell him what we wanted (I have a vague memory of this) but we never got our picture taken with him...makes me sad :( I have a photo of my sister and I (2 & 3) with my grandpa as Santa and my sister is freaking out! I accidentally got my picture taken with Santa this year when my daughter wouldn't let go of me for the photo. Oh well :)
